Raaid was an instrumental member in developing several downstream petrochemical projects in Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Xenel, Raaid worked at Deutsche Bank in London and Dubai for several years, where he started in Equity Derivatives and then joined the Middle East corporate finance team. He participated in several IPOs, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and various kinds of financing.

Raaid graduated with BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research (IEOR) and MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He is on the IEOR Advisory Board at UC Berkeley and was previously on the College of Engineering Advisory Board.
