AMC was founded in 2015 by a group of Saudi investors, including AMI Saudi Arabia, one of Xenel subsidiaries, as a long-term healthcare facility in Riyadh with a 162-bed capacity. The facility commenced its operations in 2019 in collaboration with Houston Methodist Global Health Care Services.

AMC is focused on providing the treatment of patients with long-term pulmonary problems who require mechanical ventilation and provide them with high level, quality treatment. AMC utilizes the latest medical technologies, powered by GE Healthcare, to serve their patients.
