Safra was established in 1988 in Saudi Arabia by Xenel. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of a diverse range of petrochemical/hydrocarbon solvents. 

Safra has a production facility in Yanbu, KSA with an annual capacity of 126,000 metric tons for aliphatic (white spirit, D40, D80, etc.) and aromatic (xylene, toluene, etc.) products. The company also has a production facility in Jeddah, with an annual capacity of 30,000 metric tons for packaged products used in retail (paint thinner, lacquer thinner, CPVC cleaner, CPVC cement, etc.).

The company’s in-house laboratory and testing capabilities enable it to provide customers with solutions that cover end-to-end needs.

Over the decades of operation, the company grew into one of the leading petrochemical manufacturers in the region, developing a reputation for quality products of various applications and specifications.
